❤️ sikkim Wondering where to go...and from nowhere sikkim came to our thoughts....so we booked this 7 days sikkim tour ... Flight from indore to bagdogra via hyderabad..and 4 hrs drive from there to gangtok..where we are greeted with chilling cold air ... Day.1 East sikkim Typical itinerary consists of (tsomogo lake,new baba mandir and natula pass)...we decided to opt for tsomogo and baba mandir ..as natula was at an elevation of nearly 14000 feet above sea level...so coz of uncertainty how kids will react to hypoxia we decided not to go... Enjoyed snow capped mountains and some of the most beautiful landscapes of nature along the way ...the journey in sikkim is full of curves... Tsomogo lake ...a beautiful lake surrounded by snow ....you can enjoy snow here along with the family yak rides .. Day2.. gangtok sightseeing...where we visited hanuman tok,ganesh tok and banjhakri falls… Cancelled lachung and went to Ravangla...to visit a buddha monestry (buddha park)....and were greeted with awesome climate Then we went to pelling...and were lucky that the weather just became so good...that we could soak the kanchanjunga view from our hotel...only That's the time when the sunrays fall on the peak just before sunrise....that it becomes golden ....5:00am Afterwards we went to skywalk...which again gives some mind-blowing views of kanchanjunga ...and rimbi waterfalls And then we went to darjleeng where we visited the Himalayan mountaineering institute....and then back to home
