We too had a good experience at Prayagraj. We stayed at ISKCON guesthouse, Balua ghat (on Yamuna Banks). Best part was that its away from the main Mela Kshetra so commuting from airport was easy and chaos free. Besides that they had private boat jetty and luxury boat which took us to the sangam for holy dip. The issue is sometimes the administration stops boat services (we had that on our first day), so we can’t be very sure about the boat ride to sangam. Also visited Lete Hue Hanumanji Temple and a digital dome near it which was informative and good digital experience about Kumbh. Evening was spent on Arail ghat area just aborbing the vibes and visiting Shivalay (which has replica of all 12 jyotirlings), mahesh Yogis samadhi, and some other temples nearby. Finally authentic North Indian food at Chetram on Arail ghat area. We used 2 wheelers for commuting in and around the mela kshetra. Also got stuck badly at couple of places but from nowhere an e-rick came to bail us out! All in all a great experience. Sharing some pics
