Phu Quoc Island

Hello everyone, we went to Phuquoc Island, which is in Vietnam in March for round four nights and five days. It’s a very kids friendly place, very beautifully made and a lot of colours are used in making the buildings. So all the buildings which are made, there are mostly just for the show. For example, it’s written barber shop, flower shop, Gym spa, so there will be a shops in line, but it’s all fake. It’s just for the tourist to take photographs. The hotels are majorly in basically north phu quoc and South phuquoc . If anybody plans to go ..so u can stay two nights north side and 2 Nights in South phuquoc.

The major attraction to this place is vinwonders, which is kind of an amusement park, specially for kids. The mermaid show not to be missed .People also call it as mini Universal Studio. There is grand World area, which is also in north phuquoc and you can have an experience of water taxi ride, which is kind of a Venice experience. Called as Gandola Ride. There is a beautiful light and sound show in the water at 9:30 PM every day. There is a vinpearl Safari, which is a kind of half zoo and half Safari, in which you sit in the bus and they make you see the animals which are roaming freely there. Next day, we went to South phuquoc area and definitely the two shows which happens there Every day are not to be missed. It’s the Symphony of the sea and the kiss of the bridge show. You can enjoy your night life in this South area as most of the beach resorts are here. And there is a Hon thom cable car, which is the longest cable car in Asia I believe. And through this cable car you go and can explore the Aquatopia water park in which almost entire day is used.. Indian veg food is not an issue as there are good indian restaurants. Like Maharaja.. Maa restaurant.. Apna Indian Dhaba.. We took a flight from Kolkata to Bangkok and had a layover of around 4 hours and then to Phuquoc. We took Thai vietjet airways.. Also there are many flight options via Kuala Lumpur.. Also for Indians it is a Visa free place if you are going via KL or BKK. If you first visit any city in Vietnam and then go there.. Visa is required
